Our Specialist Services
Development Management
Utilising our expertise and excellent track record, we offer a bespoke service whereby Wynngate carries out a development management role.
This can be applied to all stages of a development project/s and could initially include assisting an investor with a planning application submission with our extensive contact base and planning knowledge, or at the other end of the scale it could be whereby we come on board acting in a partnership or main contractor role.
From the initial proposal through to completion, there is minimal work required by the landowner and we can manage the entire process until the agreed exit is achieved.
Joint Ventures
This is a key part of our business, whereby we work with 3rd parties to extract the most value from their development site. We structure each project to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties involved.
Landowner partners are provided with full access to our expertise with a trusted team to maximise their assets. This is typically structured whereby the landowner provides the land and we provide the finance to build.
Planning Consultancy
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Wynngate offers a Consultancy service for clients who need assistance with obtaining planning permission for a variety of projects.
This can be tailored for support from the initial idea of a project through to completion, with this arrangement there is no tie-in to the build once planning is gained.
Given our supply chain developer rates, we can provide significant discounts for our clients which in turn makes for a highly cost-effective solution. Our fees can be charged either on an hourly rate or based on a full project brief.
Promotion Agreements
This form of agreement are typically for strategic and large-scale developments. As a land promoter, we provide financial resources, experience and expertise in gaining planning permission to maximise the value of the homeowner’s land.
The promotion agreement process and the planning permission process is funded entirely by us. We rely on years of experience to judge whether your land is suitable for development and take on all of the financial risk usually associated with the planning process.
We only receive payment once the land is sold. It is in our mutual interests to achieve the best sale price possible for the land.
