It’s a busy time at Wynngate right now. As well as a number of other great projects, we’re excited to reveal that we’ve had planning permission agreed for one of our ongoing projects.
The 4 storey property is in need of serious modernisation, Wynngate has gained planning permission to convert the building into luxury apartments. Over the next few months, we’ll be extending the building and converting it into a number of high specification apartments.
The property is located in a fantastic location in Surbiton, south-west London. The property is located within walking distance of the train station, making central London incredibly easy to reach and thus perfect for commuters.
Surbiton’s architecture is a mixture of 19th-century townhouses, art deco buildings, and some more recent residential blocks and housing estates. The town has a population of around 50,000 people and is a great place to live on the banks of the River Thames, that we’re confident will appeal to many.
